Great footage! Was that on a Go-Pro? Gotta say when you were filming the rays, I was thinking, "didn't you watch Steve Irwin!?" Oh, andgreen flag doesn't mean no marine life, it just means good swimming, low. wave,no undertow.... But there can always be sharks, rays, etc. The solid purple is if there has been something like jelly fish near shore.

I live in Georgia for 5 years and I never once found a Georgia grown peach in the stores. They were all from California. I never found any fruit stands, I suppose that would have been different.

I'm one of the few people who's been to Key West who wasn't impressed. Lousy beaches and everything is so overpriced. I would rather go to any beach on the gulf of Mexico side.

Hi Shaun and Tekah, research Itchetucknee River - you can tube down the river, Crystal River, Ginnie Springs. Incredibly beautiful freshwater springs in the middle of the woods in North Central Florida. Look up Branford, Florida and the blue hole. Love watching your videos of the state in which I live! If the thing you saw looked like a Stingray but was "massive," like feet across, it was probably a Manta Ray instead.

The keys are fun to visit, not really known for their beaches though. Fisherman's paradise for sure.

Too many people to be paradise... but it's close. Stay far away from stagnant water though. The nooseeums will literally scar you. The "stones" are all coral. No rocks there but coral.

Should try going to Big Hickory island on the Gulf Coast and collect the shells of the 'Floria Fighting Conch

The Florida Keys is a paradise, but there is a danger most people don't know about. The world's most deadly tree, the manchineel tree can be found on Elliot Key, Key Largo, and in very small populations elsewhere in the Keys. You do not want to touch it, stand under it, or eat it it's poison green fruit that look like apples. If you burn it the deadly fumes will make you blind.
